Amalgamation Update

The Board has decided to withdraw the application filed with the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Jaipur Bench, regarding the amalgamation of Fibcorp Polyweave Pvt. Ltd. (a subsidiary) with and into Sah Polymers Ltd. As a result, the proposed amalgamation will not proceed. However, Fibcorp will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Sah Polymers Ltd., contributing to the value chain and long-term value creation through its expertise.
