Further to our earlier communication dated March 25, 2026, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been closed from 01st April 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter four and financial year ended March 31, 2026 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015.
An Investor/Analyst Conference call on the aforementioned Financial Results will be held virtually on Friday, May 08, 2026, from 12.00 pm (IST) to 1.00 pm (IST). The dial-in and other details for joining the Investor/Analyst Conference Call are enclosed herewith.
