आपको सूचित चकया जाता है चक संशोचित सेबी (सूिीबद्धता दाचयत्व और प्रकटीकरण आवश्यकताएँ ) चवचियम, 2015 के अिुसूिी III के भाग-ए के पैरा-ए के क्रमांक 15 के साथ पचित चवचियम 30 और चवचियम 46(2) (ओ) के अिुसार चवश्लेषकों की बैिक से संबंचित खुलासों पर 29 जुलाई, 2022 के स्टॉक एक्सिेंजों के मागगदशगि िोट को पढ़कर, हम सूचित करते हैं की 31 चदसंबर, 2023 को समाप्त चतमाही के चलए बैंक के अलेखपारीचित समीचित चवत्तीय पररणामों (स्टैंडअलोि और समेचकत) पर चवश्लेषकों और चिवेशकों के साथ अचििंग्स कॉल को 20 जिवरी 2024 के चलए चििागररत चकया गया है ।
This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Sl.No.15 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 46(2) (o) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended read with the guidance note of stock exchanges dated July 29, 2022 on disclosures pertaining to Analysts meet, we hereby inform that the Earnings Call with Analysts and Investors on the Unaudited Reviewed Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Bank for the quarter ended on December 31, 2023 has been scheduled on January 20,2024.
