075
"We have commenced FY27 on a strong note, building on the momentum established over the past year. During the
159
quarter, consolidated revenue from operations grew 48.0% year-on-year to ₹466.33 crore, while EBITDA increased 58.1% to
129 ₹77.10 crore, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 16.5%. Profit after tax rose 50.4% year-on-year to ₹46.84 crore, reflecting
the benefits of our expanded manufacturing capacity, disciplined execution and improving operating leverage.
Our order book increased 25.0% sequentially to ₹3,116.63 crore, providing strong revenue visibility and reaffirming the
080
robust demand environment across transmission & distribution, renewable energy and industrial applications. We are also
201 witnessing a gradual transformation in our business mix, with higher-capacity transformers contributing an increasing
share of both our order book and revenue. This reflects the successful execution of our strategy to move up the transformer
149
value chain, strengthen our presence in the EHV segment, and enhance the quality of our earnings over the long term.
Niral Krupeshbhai Patel
Looking ahead, we remain confident in the long-term opportunities emerging from India's expanding power infrastructure.
Chairman and Managing Director
048 Demand continues to be structural, driven by investments in transmission network expansion, renewable energy
integration, battery energy storage systems, industrial electrification and data centre development. We remain focused on
048
increasing capacity utilisation across our manufacturing facilities, expanding our export footprint, commissioning our
048 Inverter Duty Transformer facility, progressing our backward integration initiatives, and advancing our capabilities in the
EHV and UHV transformer segments, including the development of 400 kV and 765 kV transformers. These strategic
initiatives will further strengthen our manufacturing capabilities and position us well for sustained long-term growth.”
