UTI Asset Management Company Limited announced its Q1 FY2026-27 Financial and Business
Performance today.
Mr. Vetri Subramaniam, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, UTI AMC, said, “Our Q1
FY27 performance reflects a positive start towards the execution of our business growth strategy. We are
pleased to highlight that while our MF QAAUM reached INR 3.93 lakh crore, our Group’s total AUM stands
at INR 20.57 lakh crore. We have delivered steady growth across our core businesses while strengthening
the quality of our franchise through higher equity mix, sustained SIP momentum, expanding digital
engagement and disciplined investment strategies. In the first quarter, we added approximately 3.89 lakh
new folios, taking our total live folio base to 1.42 crore. Gross new SIP registrations during the quarter
reached 4.43 lakh, of which approximately 81% were sourced through digital channels. In our continuous
endeavour to cater to the evolving needs of investors, we are making steady progress towards building our
product offerings across passive investments, alternatives, pension and international business. We
remain focused on disciplined execution, investment excellence and creating sustainable long-term value
for our investors and shareholders.”
Q1 FY2026-27 Financial Highlights
Standalone
•The Core Revenue i.e. Sale of Services, amounted to ₹308 crore, stable at YoY and up by 1%
QoQ.
• The Core EBITDA stood at ₹171 crore for the first quarter of FY26-27, up by 1% YoY and 20%
QoQ.
• The Core Profit after Tax for the Q1 FY26-27 is ₹119 crore, up by 1% YoY and 72% QoQ.
• The Shareholders of the Company has approved a final dividend of ₹ 40 per equity share for
FY 2025-26 at the Annual General Meeting held on July 21st 2026, representing 95% payout
ratio.
Consolidated
• The Core Revenue i.e. Sale of Services, amounted to ₹379 crore, stable at YoY and up by 1%
QoQ.
• The Core EBITDA stood at ₹178 crore for the first quarter of FY26-27, up by 3% YoY and 21%
QoQ.
• The Core Profit after Tax for the Q1 FY26-27 is ₹129 crore, up by 6% YoY and 31% QoQ.
Business Highlights for Q1 FY 2026-27
• The total group AUM for UTI Asset Management Company stood at ₹ 20,56,871 crore.
• As on June 30th 2026, UTI MF’s quarterly average assets under management (QAAUM)
was ₹3,92,691 crore.
• Equity Assets (Active + Passive) contributed 70 % to UTI MF’s total average AUM.
• The ratio of equity oriented QAAUM and non-equity oriented QAAUM was 70:30 vis-à-
vis industry ratio of 62:38.

• Total live folios stood at 1.42 crore as on June 30th 2026.
• UTI AMC has geographical presence in 699 districts in India, amongst the highest in the
industry.
• Gross inflow mobilised through SIP for the quarter ended June 30th 2026, stood at ₹
2,502 crore.
• SIP AUM as of quarter end stood at ₹45,595 crore, an increase of 8.05% as compared
to June 30th 2025 which stood at ₹42,196 crore.
• Digital purchase transactions reached 60.90 lakh, an increase of 23.93% as against
quarter ended June 30th 2025 which stood at 49.14 lakh.
