In continuation to our letter No. CC/S&B/SD/2023/50 dated 28th April 2023, wherein it was advised that a meeting of the Central Board of the Bank will be convened on Thursday the 18th May 2023 at Mumbai, to consider the financial results of the Bank for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2023.

Further, intimation is given, in terms of Regulation 30 (6) read with item no.15 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that an Analyst Meet will be conducted on 18th May 2023 at 5.00 pm., post Q4FY23 results, at State Bank Bhavan Auditorium in Corporate Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai.
