Sub: Notice regarding postponement of the Board Meeting of Snowman Logistics Limited (“the Company”)
In continuation to our letter dated 20th April, 2023, regarding intimation of the date of the Board Meeting of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on 27th April, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2023 (“Audited Financial Results”), we hereby inform you that the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will have to be postponed to a later date due to unavoidable circumstances. The Company would inform the revised date of Board meeting, as and when finalized.
We would also like to inform that the Earnings Conference Call which was scheduled on 28th April 2023, at 4.00 p.m. (IST), to discuss on the Company’s Audited Financial Results, has also been postponed accordingly.
Further, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading as amended, the "Trading window" for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons.
