‣ Total revenue for FY23 is at Rs. 34.02 bn, up by 28.6% compared to FY22

‣ Real estate revenue was Rs. 25.24 bn, increased 36.9% from FY22

‣ We handed over 2,233 units comprising SBA of 3.71 mn sft, which is up by

66.8% compared to FY22. Increase in construction spends have helped

improve handovers significantly
