Nair.
In respect of the same, and as required under Regulation 30 of the LODR, please be informed that, the Company will be hosting a conference call on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. IST to update on the organizational changes (as informed under intimation dated August 24, 2024) and discuss on any related questions raised, as per the invite attached herewith.
