The above consolidated financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 22 July 2025. During the quarter, Lightanium Technologies Private Limited was incorporated, as joint venture of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited. On 8 July 2024, the Holding Compa·ny entered into Share Subscription and Purchase Agreement ("SSPA") with Aditya Infotech Limited ("Aditya") for sale of 9,500,000 fully paid up equity shares of All Dixon Technologies Private Limited ('AIL Dixon') representing 50% of AIL Dixon equity share capital, the joint venture company.
