We wish to inform you that a group of Investors had today visited the plant of the Company situated at Plot no. A1, Village Nighoje, Chakan Industrial Area, Phase IV, Chakan, Tal Khed, Pune 410501. The aforesaid visit was concluded at 1.30 p.m. IST.
Further, no Presentation was made at the aforesaid visit, and the Company has referred to publicly available documents for discussions and no unpublished price sensitive information has been shared during the aforesaid visit.
